Non-tilt Window Balancer Replacement

Question

I have a non-tilt, milgard window & need to replace both balancers.
The window weighs 30 lbs. The balancer is 1/2" wide & 33" long. The stamp on the front:

32 5 CX CMC 11

Thanks for reaching out! It looks like you have either the S380-33 with a 1" shoe or the S385-33 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match either measurement.

You'll need to select the 3250 stamp for a 28 to 32lb window.
