Non-tilt Window Channel Balance 1020

Question

Hi,
I have this channel balance from a short bathroom window that seems to me to look like a S380 or S385 but in an 11" length and the shortest I see for those is 13" and 12" respectively. It has "1020" imprinted on the metal. The surface that I placed it upon for pictures has lines at 1 inch increments. Do you have a compatible replacement for this?

Hey, James. We can custom make this size, but I will need you to confirm whether the Series 380 or Series 385 is the better match. The only difference is the size of the bottom shoe. I can't make it out based on your photos, but we show detailed dimensions for each shoe on their respective pages that you can review. Please also tell me how many balances you need altogether.
