We'd be happy to help but we'll need you to remove an undamaged balance with the end fittings intact to compare to our inventory. The video below will go over exactly what we'll need.

I would like to order 2 of these , the are probably from 1993 year , no more numbers just one and the length is 30 inch, thanks

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need a 2910 stamp option.

Hi again, l found out, l need S380, l do not know what is means a stamp option

A stamp option refers to the stamp on the metal channel, which indicates the weight range your balance is calibrated to support. In this case, yours is "2910" which means that you'll need to select the 2910 option on the S380-30's store page. Let me know if this makes sense!
