Hi David, thanks for writing in. I think we can help, but I'll need to confirm a few details.

First, can you please tell me the length of the metal channel? When determining this dimension, please disregard the plastic attachments.

Next, can you tell me the weight of your window sash?

Finally, I need to confirm the dimensions of those plastic attachments. It's a little hard to tell in your picture, but it looks as though the top attachment does have wings. If that is the case, you likely have the Series 385 or Series 380. We'll need to ascertain the dimension of the bottom shoe to determine which one it is. Take a look at the picture below for more detail.

Hi Julia,

The length of the metal is 21", the wings i think are 1- 3/32 because with the tape measure is 1- 1/16 is not exactly 1".
I don't know the window sash weight because i don't have a scale, but it is a 42-1/2 x 22-1/2 double tempered glass.
If you need more information please let me know.

Thank you!!

David.

Thanks for getting back to me with that information. It looks like you would need our S385-21 with the 2040 stamp option. Let me know if you have any further questions!
