Hi,
I need a replacement part, to replace my window channel balance. It is 1/2" wide (or 9/16"), 27" long (or 26" and 15/16"). Only visible marking reads 86 26-4 AB5 CMC 1 (see photo.
What part number should I be searching for?

It appears that I need the Series 385 Side-load Channel Balance Sash Support System (non-tilt), but with they way the bottom shoe is worn, it's difficult to tell if it originally had a 1-3/32" deep bottom shoe.

We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The key detail here is the stamp; specifically, how your stamp starts with "86." That tells me that your balance has a special calibration that isn't matched by any of our standard parts.
