Hi there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply replacements for this balance, but it must be a custom order due to the special blue washer that regulates the pulley system. Can you measure the bottom shoe as shown below and write out what you get? It should be 1" or 1.088" deep.

the bottom shoe is 1" deep.
Could you please share what the cost of these 2 custom order replacements would be? And are you able to ship to an address of a freight forwarder as I live in Panama.
