Non tilt counter balance brakes or shoe

Question

These parts are in the the vinyl jam liners on a helicoil spring. They are different on the fixed side as opposed to the tension side. I do have additional photos

Thanks for writing in. You might have the Crestline wood window clutch set, the 20-006, that attaches to the window spring. Please review and let us know what you think.
