My window will no longer stay up and I had the attached part fall out of both sides of my window. It has a small rope/pully system that the rope is broken in. There are no markings on the piece to tell what part I need. The only engraving I see says "25 9"

We can replace this balance, but it will have to be specially made. Before we begin, can you show me a photo of the metal hook that was at the end of the cord? Can you also tell me how many you need?
