Non tilt spiral balance ID

I am trying to find some replacement spiral balances.

I believe the (non-tilting) windows were originally imported from China, and almost all the balances are now broken or ineffective. It

Looks like a homemade non-tilt balance. You can use our 5/8" thick Series 500 spiral balance. We will need the length of the tube and weight of the sash. The bottom bracket would be our 17-012.

The tubes are 23". The sash turns out to be 30.6 lbs.

Please advise which balance is required.

If that information is accurate, you can use the S500-23 with a blue tip.
