Non tilt sprial tip color

I am trying to replace a spiral balance for a non-tilt window. My original balance measures 30" long and 3/8" diameter. It looks like the S400 model but I dont have a plastic tip on mine. It may have broken off. Need help in finding the right color.

The weight of the window sash is about 5-10 lbs...no more. I dont know how to measure it exact but that is a good guess.

That is a wide range. In order to recommend the correct color tip, we will need something more exact. Keep in mind that the S400-30 only comes with two standard tips. Two balances with the Red Tip can carry a window sash weight range of 10 through 22 pounds, while two with the Green Tip can carry 14 through 26 pounds.

If your sash weight is outside either of these ranges, it will have to be custom made.
