Love your very informative videos for replacing parts. However we are needing help removing the window on the outside to replace a pane that's broken.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Would it be possible for us to see photos of the window from the inside and outside? I'm wondering if you have a fixed window that isn't designed to be removed.
