Non tilt window balance

Thanks for writing in! Balance stamps are used to determine the weight range a balance can support but they cannot be used to identify the series, unfortunately. 

I'll need to see a photo of the top and bottom attachments on the balance, along with a photo of the spring side of the channel to determine the best replacement. I'm particularly looking to see a photo of the bracket that connects the spring and the string (pulley system).
