Based on your photos, it looks like you have our S395-27 channel balance. This balance has our 19-005 top attachment with our 15-001 shoe. To be sure that this is the balance you need, please compare all of our information and measurements to what you have before purchasing.

As far as the stamping on your balance, you will select the 2640 "option" at checkout.
