Non tilt window balance

Question

Hello. The nylon piece in the window balance broke. I would like to order a replacement balance but am not sure which one I need. I think the boots guide is a Caldwell 15P170 and the top guide is a 15P124 but I'm not sure. I have more photos if needed. Thanks for your help!

Hello,

Both your top and bottom attachments appear to have wings. If so, you could have either an S380-19 or S385-19 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 1840 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
