I ordered window balance item # as shown on the picture. However it's a bit too long, window is not closing till the end. Otherwise it's fits.
Do you have similar balance just a bit shorter?

We sell these balances in multiple sizes, which you can see here. You didn't mention what size you need, but the next size down from 24" is 23".
What size is your old balance? Make sure to only measure the metal channel. Do not include the plastic fittings.
