Non-tilt window balance channel

Question

We have channel with 28G stamped on it. This appears to be a custom order according to what I have read on your site due to heavy duty spring. We have measured the shoe and judging by pictures on your site it it very similar to the Series 380, but our show measures 7/8", not 1".

Can you please help?

Hello,

We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the 7/8" deep shoe, which would be replaced by the 15-029 that does not come with any of our stock balances. We would also need you to confirm the exact weight of your window sash to confirm the correct strength option for your replacements. Lastly, please let us know the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you!
