Hello,
I'm pretty sure I need a Series 380 channel balance replacement (1 inch plastic footer).
However:
1. The part is stamped "32" (pls see attached pic) which I assume means 32 inches, but when I measure the channel (metal part only, not including plastic ends pieces) it is 33 inches. Do I go by the stamp number or the actual measurement when ordering?
2. I cannot find a stamp that I can use to pick a weight for my window in your online ordering process. My window measures 36x27 if that helps.
Thank you for your help. Have a good day.
Matthew

Hi Matthew,
The 32 in the stamp represents the height of the visible glass in your window sash. The length of the metal channel is normally 1" more than that. See our S380-33 with a 3240 spring strength option based on your stamp. Thank you!
