Non-tilt window balance replacement

Question

Replacing balances for 6 windows that weight approx. 23 lbs. Current balance ID stamped" 26 5 HS Cauldwell". The balance is 27" long by 1/2" wide. I'm leaning toward the Series 385. The channel balance top is winged (wings broken off in photo). The channel balance shoe is winged too. According to my measurements shoe 15-004 and 19-005 top should work. Also need to replace top sash guides. My guide is similar to 18-008, but the screw hole in the top is different (see arched photos). I thought that I should double check with you before placing an order.

Thanks for posting! If you have the 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom, then I think our S385-27 will work for you. As for the top sash guide, the 18-008 is definitely our closest match. You might just have to elongate the screw hole in question so that it will work.
