Non tilt window channel balance

Question

Hi, I'm trying to figure out the correct replacement balance for my windows. I attached photos. Metal channel is 27 inches. Text on channel says 26 3 Caldwell KM. Thank you!

Hey there,

Your balance reminds me of either our S380-27 with a 1" shoe or our S385-27 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Although, there is a chance that it could measure 7/8". If so, please let me know as these will need to be a custom assembly.

You'll need to select the 2630 stamp option.
