Non-tilt window channel balance

Question

I have a non-tilting window with 2 channel balances. Looking for replacement balances.
1/2" wide
metal part 25" long
marking on the balance says "2490 2P" or "249O 2P"
2 pics of each end attached, top view and side view, plus pic of marking.

Thanks for posting! Your channel balance can be replaced with either the S380-25 or the S385-25. To determine which of these is the right replacement, you'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

I was not able to cross-reference the stamp from your balances, so you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash to confirm the stamp you need. There is a chart below the product description of each balance that indicates the weight ranges each stamp can support.
