Non-tilt window channel balances

Question

Hi ! ... my house has 20 non-tilt windows all in same measures with old and useless channel balances, please confirm if you have it.
My country of residence is not a problem to pay (AMEX card) and send them because I have a friend with USA address, thanks

Hello! We definitely have these balances. There are a few potential options, but I would start with our Series 390. This has a 19-002 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match up then I think it will be a great replacement.
