Non-tilt window channel balances

Hi,

I was not able to find the replacement for our channel balance in your website. The only markings on the channel balance are those shown in the pictures: 3340 (horizontal direction) and, in smaller letters, BSI (vertical direction) and RO (horizontal direction). I am not 100% sure about BSI, it could be B5l, or B51, it is really small.
