Non tilt window channel balances

Hello!

It looks like you may have an extended-travel channel balance, which is a special type of window balance that is only available by custom order. To confirm, can you show us some pictures of your bottom fitting from a few different angles? Can you also show us a picture of the metal clip at the end of the cord, along with any stamps on the metal channel? Finally, can you tell me how many of these balances you will need?

Thanks for the additional pictures; we're almost there! Can you just show us a clearer picture of the metal clip at the end of your cord? I can't quite make out the shape of yours from these pictures.

Thank you! It's a bit tough to say from this picture, but I believe your clip is our 62-108 which comes attached to the balance cord. Can you just confirm that your clip looks like ours? If it does, I'm going to email you a custom balance purchase link and price quote right now for (6) of these balances that you can use to place an order on our site.
