Non tilt window channel balances

A contractor from Patchogue New York says:
I need to install channel balance into non tilting double hung windows. The problem is someone removed the existing balances so I have no way of measuring. I believe these are aluminum acorn windows. The movable window measures 22" high. Can you help me identify the part.

Thanks
Frank

Paul from SWISCO responded:
hey, Frank. Without having the original balances on hand, it will be very hard to determine what it is you need. Acorn has been known to use our Series 710 balance, but there's no way to know for sure. Look it over and see if this looks familiar. Also make sure to check any identical window elsewhere in your house that may still have its original hardware.

As for length, it would depend on the height of the visible glass. If the height of the visible glass is 20", consider our S710-21. If it's 22", consider our S710-23 instead.
