Non tilt window parts

Quick Learner
Hi, I am hoping to repair old non tilt aluminum window. Would you mind helping with parts? The frame does not stay in place. The frame has one missing spring, and one that is left seems broken.

Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. I'm afraid your balance is too damaged though, particularly the bottom fitting. Can we see an undamaged version removed from the window? Is there a stamp printed on the metal channel?

As for the top sash guide, the 18-110B comes to mind. Take a look and see if the specifications match what you need.

Thank you for your reply. Please see attached images of the balance removed from working window. I am not sure of its original one since the 'working' window is very hard to move up and down.
Thank you for determing sash guide.

Our Series 351 and Series 390 come to mind. The difference between these parts is the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll have to measure as shown below. The 2220 stamp is calibrated for a sash weighing 8 to 12 pounds and you say the window is hard to move up and down so I wonder if you have the wrong strength option. We recommend you weigh the window sash on a scale to be sure.
