Non tilt window spring balance

Good afternoon. Our windows stopped working: they do not stay on top after opening them, it seems that they are the balances that stopped working. I would like to know if you have the replacement parts. Thank you. Successes

More details of the rail or channel and the internal location of the spring ...

Unfortunately, we don't carry any type of balance that will work for you. Your springs are physically built into the jamb liner, which is itself the balance. You will need new ones. I recommend contacting a local mill work that still makes wood windows, they should be able to help you.
