Non-tilt window track
Outside track is stamped with 26 4 IW CMC 11
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Robert. This is called a channel balance. It helps regulate the window's movement. That stamp code actually isn't an identifier; it just tells us the strength of the balance. I am confident we can help, but we need more information to narrow down what you have:
- First, I need to see the nylon attachment on the other end of the balance.
- Please show me a picture of where the spring and pulley meet in the 'guts' of the metal channel.
Let me know if you have further questions.
Thanks,
Robert
That's a huge help, thanks! Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
You're very welcome! Please don't hesitate to reach out if we can be of any further assistance.
