I'm happy to provide an order link for them but to determine exactly which balance you have, I'll need to see the hook/clip that should be attached to the shoe. This clip is important for installing the balances, which are non-refundable and cannot be returned, so I'll need to be sure to confirm the correct one.

I'm sorry to say these photos do not include the clip that should be attached to the shoe. Take a look at the photos for the Extended-Travel Channel Balance. 

You won't need to submit a new inquiry, the photos are just to use as a reference. The clip from your balance may not be the exact same as the one in the photo.

I'm afraid this photo doesn't help. There should be a clip at the end of the pulley cord. If it's broken or snapped off, you'll have to use an undamaged balance as a reference.
