Length 26" is measured only across the metal part, and does not include the plastic parts on both the ends.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 26-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to double-check to be safe.
