There's a very good chance we sell this balance, but I will need a couple more photos before I say anything for sure. To start, can you show me a clear picture of the top nylon fitting? Can you also show me another picture of your bottom nylon fitting, just like you show here, but without the tape measure? It's obscuring part of the balance that I need to see.

Once I have that information I will check to see which part from our inventory will match!

Perfect, thank you so much! Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-22 or S385-22, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
