I am submitting pics of the balance the markings show2630 biz vc and I measure it to be 26.5 inches but probably 27. The boot I does not correspond to any on the website but I am sure you can suggest another . Let me know if you can help , since I have a few of these windows I want order more . I think I did order from many years ago probably with the same email maybe I am in the database still.

I see you purchased the Series 385 back in 2018 but this balance can't replace what you have here. We can still help via custom order though. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 26-7/8" long. Can you double-check that for us? Custom orders are nonrefundable so we'd like to be sure. Can you also confirm the number of balances you're looking to order?
