Patio door is very hard to open/close. We have used this door thousands of times letting dogs out and in again. I removed the rollers to take a picture and cleaned them but the performance was not improved

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your patio roller reminds me of the 81-156 Patio Roller Assembly. To determine if this is the right replacement, look over the diagram below and compare the dimensions.

This is also available in stainless steel, part 81-156SS.
