Norandex 380 series balance

Good afternoon,

I have a Norandex window with a 37" balance and option 3640, similar to series 380. The channel balance top has the same dimensions as 19-005. The shoe, however, only has two dimensions in common with the 15-005. The wing width is 15/16" and channel width is 1/2", but the depth is approx 7/8", pictures attached. I do not see this available on your site. Can these be filed down to fit? Is it possible that these could have worn down over time (windows are about 17 years old)?

Yes, they can be filed down to shorten the depth. However, I would like to encourage you to try them first. There is a possibility your old balance shoes have worn down over a period of time.
