My window spring balance has an engraved label 3625 BSI, the length of the metal is 37". I don't know what is the sash weight nor I remember the width of the balance. I hope you can help!

Hey there!

Thank you for contacting us. Your balance looks like it may be a match for the S380-37 or S385-37. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll have to measure as shown below. Note that if it measures 7/8" deep, this would have to be a custom order.

Your 3625 stamp doesn't match any of our listed options so you'll have to weigh the window sash on a scale. There's a chart under the product description on the S380-37 and S385-37 store pages you can use as a reference for the proper stamp option.
