Many thanks for your correspondence. I can't be entirely certain without dimensions, but review our 39-083 or 39-140. See if one of these is the proper match. For a new crank handle, see our 39-114L.

A quick learner says:
This looks like what we have but when I measure the arms from under the window to the frame is measured 18". Do you know the length of the arm that stretches out nor does it matter if mine is shorter or longer

Ah, we've seen these intermediate-sized operators before. We don't have an exact replacement for them. In general, it's safer to go with the operator that is smaller--in this case, the 39-140 which has a span of 16-1/8". The larger one could work fine as well though, so long as the window sash and sill have room for it. Let me know what you think.
