I need 12 tilt latches, 8 window coil balances, 8 standard supports, and 8 pivot shoes for Norandex Inc./ Dayton(installed 4/15/97) vinyl windows.

The only thing I'm somewhat confident about is the tilt latch; I think you may have our 26-243 and 26-244, but you should still remove yours from the window to ensure that all the dimensions we show for these products match.

As for your coil balance parts, we will need a clear picture of the pivot shoe itself. Please also tell me how thick the springs are. I will do my best to find a match from there.
