Need replacement springs at a minimum. Whole assembly if available.

It looks like you have a 15-111 Pivot Shoe, which uses either the Series 160 1/2" thick or Series 165 3/8" thick Pivot Shoe. Compare the thickness of your old coil springs to see which Series you need. Let me know if you have any further questions.
