Norco 2860 casement hardware. Unit is from 2000.

Question

I need the tracks located on the top and bottom of the window sill and head, plus the pivots at the casement rotates on that are attached to the window sash, top qnd bottom.

Basically the cranking components work but the tracks and pivoting hardware got screwed up because my daughter opened the window, the extender came loose and the window blew around amd the hardware is screwed up now.

I'm not sure what you may have based on this information alone. When you say track, could you be referring to the hinge itself? If so, our 36-048 is a common and successful choice for casement windows. As long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time, these should work.

However that's just an educated guess. To say for sure, we'd need photos of the hardware in question. You may also find the video below helpful.
