Norco Awning Window Operator

I have attached a photo of the operator from a Norco Awning window I need to replace. i believe i found the right part but thought I would confirm before purchasing it. The arm measures 21 1/2 across when fully closed. It is a sill mount with 4 screws and a clip that locks it to the window.
