Norco Casement Aluminum Clad/wood inside window- installed year 2000 ---weather stripping

Question

looking for a piece of weatherstripping (WS) on the top of the window. Color of WS is black. Length of WS is 22". Need two pieces. Width of window frame is 1.5".

How do you remove the window? It said- pry here. Does that mean pry under the arm or under the plastic retainer.

Thanks for posting. I'm actually not sure what you have, or how its removed. Could you show me a picture of what you're working with? That would give us a good idea of what you need to do.
