I have a Norco 26" casement window. I need the upper and lower Pivot arms that attach to the upper and lower window frame and the top and bottom of the Casement window. Its not the crank arm that opens and closes the window. The the arms and tracks that the wondows pivot on.

Thanks Bob, We are really close. My set does not have a 5-7/16' arm. If you look at the picture the arm we have is about 8-1/2". It attaches to the black plastic stud at one end of the hindge track and the other end almost where the window pivots on the window. Like I mentioned its about 8-1/2" long.

Thanks for clarifying. That's pretty long for the connector piece of a hinge assembly. We don't have anything in that size. Would it be possible to see your hinge removed from the window? Can you also verify the length of the track that screws to the window frame?

I can't guarantee that we can find a match but I'll do my best to track it down.
