Norco hinge replacement part

A handy person from New York says:

Casement window hinge of an identical window is broken at the 6.5" mark in photo (screw/hinge at that area doesn't attach). Original windows in 2000. 10" bar. Replacement needed is window opening to left but I don't think side matters? I think based on online info probably replacement item Product Code: 36-004-10, but want to make sure as replacement item looks slightly different from original. Can you confirm part?

I'm not sure if the 36-004-10 will work for you or not. It does look similar at first glance, but I also note that your hinge arm has an extra rivet some ways up the arm. That's a little peculiar. 

Does that rive indicate another hinge point? That is to say, do the arms bend on that rivet, or is it totally straight end-to-end like ours?

If it's the latter than the 36-004-10 should work well for you.
