My track guide broke on my norco crank out window

Thanks for reaching out! The track guide on the hinge is not something we sell separately from any of ours and I'm not certain that they're available elsewhere. That said, you'll need to replace the entire hinge to repair it.
I'm happy to recommend a replacement but I'll need to know the measurement for the length of the track installed to the window sill.

The closest replacement match we have to your existing hinge is our 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set. Given the large difference in the length, I cannot guarantee that this would work but take a look over the dimensions and compare them.
You will need to replace both the top and bottom hinges on the window to maintain the integrity of the window function. These can be used for both right and left handed applications.
