Norco window channel balance

Hello, Matt. This is a very old balance style but we may be able to help. In this kind of scenario the best place to start is with a photo of the balances removed from the window entirely. Especially for this kind of design, too many important details are obscured by the jamb liner and sashes for us to make any useful effort towards identification.

That's a tall order, though, since in your case it looks like it'll require partial disassembly of the trim and header. For now, can you at least show me a picture of the shoe at the bottom end of the balance? This is the component that connects to the bottom corners of the sash. I won't be able to identify what you have from that, but I can at least tell you if this is a project we can help with to begin with.
