Norco window pins

Question

I am looking for replacement pins for my Norco windows. I have included a pic of the pin. It doesn't have a sleeve; it just sticks into the wood. Would like to have sleeves but I don't know if that's something I could drill and insert myself. I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Is this pin for a grid? If so, you may be able to consider our 55-142. This does come with a sleeve, but assuming the dimensions of the pin match your original then you don't need to use it.
