I need a replacement balance with these dimensions.
Not sure if the channel length is usually rounded off up or down to 26 or 27.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see your balance assembly fully removed from the jamb to compare to our replacement options. See the video below to assist you. I would also recommend confirming the exact weight of the window sash since your stamp code does not correspond to the strength options generally used with these types of balances. Thank you!

I consulted with one of our senior experts who has many years of experience working with these types of window balances and, unfortunately, they determined that we would not be able to supply a version of the S751 channel balance with a 26-5/8" metal channel like yours. We also do not believe that one of our even-inch replacements would work since balances with precise lengths like yours are generally made to accommodate the exact specifications of the window.
