Norendex/Simonton Prism Plus Balancers and pivot bar

A home owner from Omaha says:
Hello, I am looking to source 5 double spring and 2 single spring balancer replacements, and 2 pivot bars.

The cradle holding the locking cam has split on all of my offending windows, the oem part is reversible for left/right use.

The pivot bar bent and sheared at the screw hole when the sash dropped from its position.

I do have the stickers that identify the order if that might help but some of the characters are illegible.

Thanks for your Assistance!

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hey, Marc. These pictures are perfect, thank you. This is the old Simonton coil balance system. It's no longer made, but you can use our 15-192 pivot shoe to replace the old one and the 26-336 pivot bar to replace that.

There is one important detail to note, however, which is that the 15-192 shoe and 26-336 pivot bar are not compatible. You will need to reuse the center metal cam from your old shoe in order to get these parts to work together, so make sure to hold onto it.
