Not exactly sure what, if any options needed

Question

I have several Channel Balances that are broken and would like to try a few sets of yours. Attached are pictures of the Stamp on the 27" channel and the end pieces.

Channel is 27" Long
Stamp on Channel is - 26 4 BS TD (with the BS turned 90 degrees counter clockwise)

If you have the shoe shown below, you can try the S385-27 channel balance. "26 4" balances are sometimes the same as the SWISCO "2640," but you should weigh your window sash to check that. The code number is a weight strength indicator known as an "option." Each option carries a certain range of sash weights, listed on the chart in the S385-27 product description online.
