Question

I need both right hand & left hand mechanism. Is that determined from inside or outside orientation? These windows are located at my church and I am not sure of the manufacturer.

I recommend our 39-031 and 39-032 operators. I believe these are what you want.

These aren't really designated as left or right; instead, you'll have to note the physical details and match up accordingly. The direction of the long arm, the orientation of the gears, etc.
