Not sure if I need to replace lock lever or entire handle

I dont see any manufacturer markings anywhere on the door. Not sure if I have to replace just the lock lever or the entire handle assembly. Can you help?

Our 82-107 may work for you as a replacement, but I'm afraid we're not able to supply it in any color but white. You could theoretically paint it, if you wanted. Let me know what you think.
